"I cannot fault the centre or the care I received"

About: Raigmore Hospital / North of Scotland Breast Screening Centre

(as the patient),

I would like to say a big Thank you to all the staff at the breast centre.

Having found a lump at the end of February, I attended my GP in Lewis who promptly referred me to Inverness. I received my appointment to attend within 2 weeks.

When I arrived I was treated very well by all the health care professionals I met, from HCA, radiographer, radiologist, nurses through to Mr Abbott the consultant.

I had bad news delivered very kindly and was given time and opportunity to ask questions and let it all "sink in. "

I left there upset about my diagnosis, but also with a plan of action in place depending on biopsy results.

I cannot fault the centre or the care I received and have received since.

I would like to thank everyone again for all their kindness and support over the last few months.
