"Recommended Baby Massage which was great"

About: Abbey and Lady Bay Children's Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

As a second time mum I quickly recognised the signs of colic. After discussing these concerns with my community support worker Jacqui ( who I should add was tremendous) she recommended various courses to me, baby massage being one. Although I was not new to massage the very experience of taking myself out of the house, to a new environment and learning skills with which to calm and bond with my baby was extremely beneficial. The course leader Sapphire was great fun and very engaging with mums and babies, I cannot thank her enough for her help, expertise and for making the four week course so enjoyable. I would so love the centre to run more advanced courses as I think massage is highly enjoyable for the whole family. Thank you to Jacqui and Sapphire.
