"I was greeted by a very pleasant ..."

About: Lincoln County Hospital

What I liked

I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist., and then taken by a nurse to be pre assessed. She was lovely and explained everything to me . The clinicians were introduced to me and during the procedure the care I received was excellent..

I was able rest afterwards, before being discharged and again the staff were lovely, making sure I was ok,

In summary, a potentially unpleasant experience was made much easier by the excellent staff.

Anything else?

Big thank you to all , keep up the good work.

Many thanks for leaving us your comments - I am sorry that we are reading them so long afterwards but we have just recently started to regularly read and reply to Patient Opinion stories and decided as part of this to go back over older postings - there is always something to learn and build upon even after so long.

Thank you again - I am pleased you had such a good experience.
