Attended under NHS arrangement initially for consultation about olecranon bursitis (a lump on my elbow), then for some tests, and finally a few weeks later for a procedure to have it removed.

Everything went smoothly on all three visits.

Very professional approach with the focus definitely on the patient.

Seamless hand over between the several members of admin and clinical staff and the consultants I saw.

I was impressed by the facilities, very clean and fresh, and a most pleasing environment.

If it's ever going to be an enjoyable experience having a hospital visit for a procedure then it would be here.

Finally I had a chance to experience the food on my last visit as it was lunch time - nice choice of attractive dishes with good prices, especially when considering the very high quality of the presentation and the ingredients.
