Since falling pregnant and having complications the hospital have been really good providing extra scans and reassurance that my baby was growing as she should be up until the very end when they decided to induce me.
This is when they seemed to let me down and didn't provide the support or communication that I needed that my baby was going to be fine some of the midwifes were really good and then on other days I could go a full 12 hours without seeing one.
Once we progressed onto the labour ward I cannot fault the care I received they were fast efficient got everything they needed to be done but whilst doing there jobs they provided constant reassurance and was friendly and made me feel at ease straight away.
The final step was being on post natal ward were I have had a mix of an experience receiving lots of support on feeding my baby from some midwifes but then on the other hand having to wait nearly over an hour every time for pain relief after having a c section and being left in bed struggling to care for my baby whilst in pain ... They have done the best by my baby but I feel that parent care could of been a bit better maybe if there was more staff.
