What could be improved
My original call was not logged and it took 10 mins of phone calls to find the correct place. The number is not available in the Yellow Pages. I called for an appointment to get an examination with a doctor, recieved no call and no record of my call was taken down. When I contacted again, I was told I must speak to a councillor i had not chosen before getting an appointment with a doctor, and that I had no choice in the matter. The matter is (obviously) incredibly personal and I have been continually betrayed in terms of confidenitality in the past, not to mentoin having 100% terrible experiences in hospitals before. Still awaiting outcome.
Anything else?
Your contactee's have terrible phone manner, are disorganised, disrespectful and unaccomidating like all hospital staff I have encountered.
