What could be improved
Better communication is needed. Having driven for over 45 minutes to arrive a Slough I was contacted on my mobile at when I was wiithin 5 minutes of the hospital. The MRI machine had broken. Had been broken most of the day. Why did it take so long to contact us. A wasted day of and a wasted journey. Deepy upset by some of the hospital staff and their attitude and this department. Poor customer service and understanding of parents with young children.
