"Attended Lung Function Clinic"

I lost confidence with those who worked within the lung function clinic, l was given equipment to use at home, no information how to use it, just informed place clip to finger and return next day.

Next day was told l had not suffering from any thing and been wasting the hospital time.

I left feeling like l was a wasted.

I cried all the way home.

Arriving home message on telephone asking how l used machine, and get in touch.

Next day given machine back,and told nurse should have given clearer instruction.

Sorry but l lost confidence in the clinic and staff and now would prefer to be able bring my machine for exchange without having to visit clinic.
