We were waiting for the outcome of our mother's CT scan carried out at WH but sent to KCH for assessment.
KCH should have rung us but didn't.
We went to WH to try & find out why we hadn't received the call we'd been waiting for so anxiously.
Two doctors were so kind, so helpful, so/ understanding.
Although ultimately they couldn't give us the information we'd been waiting for (because only KCH could do that & they'd all gone home) they gave us as much information as was available to them, sent messages to try & get the people at KCH to call us and gave us contact numbers so we could try & contact the right people for more information on Monday (this was Friday evening).
We left at least feeling we'd been listened to.
And actually, that meant a lot.
"Thank you to Drs (CDU)"
