About: Dorset County Hospital / Accident and emergency

The staff in a+e were more there for a social chat and convo between staff members. When I point out my baby was struggling to breathe there was no interest in helping him. Then we were made to wait for a hour and a half just because there was only one staff member doing transfers to wards which to me seems ridiculous for a weekend. On review I should drive to Poole hospital nearly a hour away where I know I would taken care with in hours rather than being stuck here for 8 hours and still no further forward.
