The Health Village is a fantastic facility, well laid out, friendly main receptionist and comfortable waiting areas. My AAA scan was carried out by professional staff in no time at all. Instant results at the time and I was suitably impressed. Happy customer. Great idea as well checking people out at 65 automatically, hopefully most people take advantage of the service. Prevention is better than cure as they say.

Dear Reads forever,

Thanks for your feedback – the staff at the Health Village received it yesterday morning and were delighted that you had taken the time to write. I think your comment was the first they'd received via Care Opinion – and it's now proudly displayed on their improvement tree!

We agree that prevention is better than cure and although our preventative programmes are not perfect we do try to encourage and support as many people as possible to take advantage of the services we have to offer.
