"we want attention."

In my opinion the MAU unit is not big enough to accommodate patients who require treatment in this unit. I have seen very old people treated in armchairs until their is a trolley bed available or a regular bed. the staff are run off their feet in coping with the amount of patients they treat. every space is taken up.  

My treatment as been sprodiick to say the least tell a nurse you want some tablets etc and I feel you are ignored. so you keep on suffering. good job families visit to demonstrated. to staff that we want attention.
