I was treated with care and respect by every staff member that I was seen by, and I was treated much quicker than if I had gone to an A&E department. The reception staff and X-ray staff were particularly great on the day I visited. The receptionist was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help me organise a taxi home, taking me in a wheelchair to a cash point, and calling a local taxi firm on my behalf. The receptionist also reappeared when the taxi arrived to assist me getting into the taxi and informing the driver how to help me out. I was hugely grateful for all of this help as I was struggling to get home with my newly broken leg! Many thanks.
"Very helpful and caring staff"
