My mum was taken to A+E yesterday after a fall at home. She was treated kindly and efficiently. All members of staff were professional and I could not criticise the care she received and we were kept informed throughout. She was then moved to CDU to wait for a physio assessment and the same was true there. She was discharged home that afternoon after early intervention.
This is the first time I have been to this hospital and would have no hesitation in the future
