About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow)

(as a parent/guardian),

My 6 year old son had to have day surgery yesterday. I would like to thank all the auxilliary staff, nurses, dentists and anaesthetic staff for their professionalism and compassion both to my son and his worried parents.

Royal Hospital Children, Ward 1A and 1B Glasgow.

Dear Twinmummidwife

Many thanks for sharing your feedback on this site. I appreciate how stressful it is both for your young son and for you as parents to come into hospital for surgery.

Your post highlights what a team effort it is to ensure that your son not only had the procedure carried out and got back home safely but that you all felt cared for while you were here. I have passed your feedback to our General Manager and he will pass this on to all staff involved, they will be delighted to hear your lovely comments.
