"Never experianced such rudness and lack of..."

My friend had cause to visit this practice for a few days to begin his treatment plan. I am supporting this gentleman has he has his own emotion problems. He was not helped by rude reception from a particular staff member. He left feeling angry and like a fool. He was given incorrect information who h added to his low mood. The staff member made him feel he was disturbing them and everything was too much trouble another member of staff actually said to "take no notice of them"

When we suffer from mental health we don't wear a badge stating it .

But we do have a right to care and understanding I had to clam down this gentleman who was extremely upset which could have simply put him over the edge it's a fine line. People may see other superficially and make their own assumption I would like the opportunity to discuss this matter rather than leave a negative comment however not being the next of kin I know this would not happen. Please take note it costs nothing to be polite you dont know what it takes to get someone like my friend to actually walk through the door without things being made worst by misinformation.
