"Contact Problems"

Have found it more or less impossible to get through on the phone number, kept on hold for ages (5mins +++) and I have tried at least 5 times! I then leave a message for a call back with all my details, ref number and reason for the call and no one calls me back. On the one occasion that I was called back, the person left a message but they had no record of my reference number or the reason for my call and suggested I call back on the same number that I have problems with!

I have left messages explaining the problem I have getting through and asking for someone to call me back and leave a message with an alternative phone number - this doesn't happen.

I have sent an online message explaining that I can't get through on the phone and no one returns my messages - again I had no response. It is shockingly bad and I can't be the only person who is having this issue - appalling!

I assume it is costing me money whilst I am left on hold.

The reason I am calling is that Circle MSK sent a refferal letter to the RNOH in March 2017 for me, but RNOH have no record of me at all - I am no longer surprised by this!

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback, I can only apologise sincerely that you have experienced such an awful service with our phones. We have unfortunately had some fairly severe IT outage issues over the last month, which have meant that our phones have been intermittently not connected.

We value all feedback and I am personally doing everything I can to improve our phone system for the future, by working with our IT department to create better IT solutions, to cater for the volume of calls.
