"Smoking on hospital property"

Please advise if there is a receptionist answering the telephone

Also people smoking next to our house at the top of the drive, dropping rubbish, cigarette butts and talking late at night and early in the morning

Complained and nothing done

Not good as my other hald works for Addenbrookes Hospital in R&D Cancer Research!

Please do something about this about this, tried calling the receptionist and no one picked up, I stayed on the line for 15 minutes today and the receptionist two weeks ago said there had been complaints about smoking on the property, yet nothing is done!
