Staff are friendly, on the ball and I've got to say my mum is clean, pads obviously changed regularly. They all know who she is no need to look up her room. Elm Court well done.
As her daughter I'd like to say thank you x keep up the good work
As for the section am I involved in the decisions about her care I've had to say no because my work rota makes it impossible to visit. I phoned and Elm Court let were more than happy fir me to come in before work so me and mum could enjoy a fish and chip lunch whic I brought into her.
