What I liked
When I was admitted as an emergency on 7 July, I was treated with exemplary courtesy, professionalism and kindness by all the staff I came in contact with at Lewisham. I would like to pay tribute in particular to the A&E consultant and the Medical reg, both of whom were just plain nice as well as very good at their jobs. Thanks for helping me get through a very bad couple of days.
