What I liked

Surgical expertise of the consultant and the senior reg.

What could be improved

Cleanliness.

Availability of pillows.

A bed that worked.

Nurses.....at times frankly ANY nurse would have done.

Ability to get pain relief when needed.

Doctors don't seem to think they need to use hand gel or wash their hands!!!!

Anything else?

The care was so horribly variable that I dreaded each day.
