"Bladder and bowel clinic"

(as a service user),

I attended the bladder and bowel clinic and saw Mary who I have seen before as I have had about 3 or 4 appointments. I wanted to feed back about my experience because these types of appointments can be embarrassing if not handled properly. But my appointments have been compassionate, considerate, reassuring and helpful. The way that Mary handled my appointments was very good, she was careful to enquire about my problems and make me feel comfortable and confident that she understood my problems and knew how to help me. I was always seen on time and received even more assistance that I thought I’d get and more ways to help me.

Thank you for your posting.

I agree with you that it can be difficult to discuss such personal issues however having worked with Mary I agree she is compassionate in her approach to all patients, as are all the staff.

I hope your symptoms resolve totally very soon
