What I liked

I would like to say a big thank you to all the people involved in treating my bowel cancer.

I was upset, anxious and in poor health, but each person I met was kind considerate, helpful, compationate and knowledgable. I couldnt have been in a better place.

I would especially like to thank my doctor and his team in the Oncology dept, who were just so kind, I cannot thank him and his team enough for making me well again. Also I would like to thank another doctor for his kind patience in explaining how the surgery was going to happen and how I was going to be supported. The stoma nurses have been brilliant and so helpful dealing with the stoma.

Thanks to all of you I have a chance to get well, and be with my family.

What could be improved

The ward staff were very busy, and so hard worked.

I wasnt eating, and I dont think they noticed as they were so busy.

Anything else?

It is a beautiful new hospital and a credit to the area
