What I liked
For my first visit to RLI it was like a breath of fresh air compared to other outpatient departments I have been to, from the moment I stepped through the front door I was treated with friendly respect by everyone and was seen on time.
Everything was explained with care , the staff taking blood samples were friendly and efficient the whole thing left me feeling confidant
What could be improved
The only problem I found is your parking
