"Outstanding"

I am utterly astounded by how wonderful this hospital is. It started at there being sufficient parking, great receptionists and reception area, lovely staff at the initial meeting, kind competent consultant. I later had a CT scan and again the standards were exceptionally high.

Finally I had an operation under general anaesthesia. My private room was spotless, facilities perfect, and I had the loveliest lady to take the order for my lunch. My nurse was lovely, kind and very thorough. My anaesthetist was charming and extremely good, and I felt perfectly safe in their hands. My surgeon did a fantastic job and appears to have sorted my problem. My meal was delicious.

I really cannot fault anything. Everything I experienced was beyond my expectations and I just feel totally grateful to all the staff there who work very, hard hard on behalf of their patients. Thank you all very much!
