About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as a relative),

Mum admitted to A&E and was diagnosed with severe vertigo. However, also did heart tests and consultant wanted further tests carried out due to results. He admitted her to have the tests carried out. Later that day she was discharged with no tests being carried out and no mention of this on her discharge letter.
