"Disgusted by wait and service at Highbury Hospital"

I was referred last December and was first seen in April after changing my doctor several times and changing the date, moving me further back to June until I complained that much that it suddenly got put forward again to my original date. The doctor I had, I felt was terrible, didn't listen to anything I had to say, misdiagnosed me completely was extremely patronising and hardly any help at all. Was told I would be seen 1 month later it's now been another 2 months and after getting the 2nd follow up appointment pushed back to July, it got changed again. I had mentally prepared myself for this appointment all day cancelled all other plans because of this and finally had some hope that  I would be moving forward a bit with my mental health.

Instead I got all the way to the hospital to be told that my appointment was cancelled and sorry that I wasn't informed and that it won't be until July. This second appointment I was due to have was with a different doctor but a few months ago I did say if it is going to push me back further I would be willing to see the same doctor I had recently seen, just for the sake of things moving forward quicker, instead they changed the doctor as my previous doctor had refused to see me again just because I wasn't happy with how it went. What a disgusting service! I intend to find another referral elsewherefor mental health as I haven't yet had any help from here. I'm unbearable sad from my experience with these and really would not recommend anyone to wait and wait in hope that they're going to be seen and help soon enough from this service. It's a ridiculous waiting time and all for what. Today was completely out of order I can't believe I wasn't even informed that the appointment was cancelled in the first place. This was meant to be a bit of hope, a different doctor who I was told is really nice and it's all going to get sorted. Disgraceful. Patronising and waste of time. Made me feel even more ill than I did before attending here, messing me around in this way is seriously driving me insane.
