"I brought my husband to the minor ..."

What I liked

I brought my husband to the minor injuries unit with chestpain just after midnight in the early morning of Sunday 11 July 2010. He was seen straight away. The nurse and doctor were efficient, friendly and reassuring and also charming. They explained everything about their diagnosis, treatment and recommended aftercare very clearly. Luckily it wasn't too serious and I was able to take him away after about an hour.

What could be improved

Anything else?

This is the sort of experience that makes me proud that we have such a good health service in our country. Please pass on my thanks to the staff who were on duty.
