"bad treament and care"

I was in berry wood (burows) in February 2016 I was there till 22 march and in that time I was in seclusion and had nothing in my room. the way I was treated If they told me I was going back there I would refused. I have very complex mental health needs that failed to be diagnosed whilst there on many times they tried to discharge me home after incidents requiring hospital treatment it wasn't until I was assess for st Andrews health care where they accepted me and within 6 months of being there I was diagnosed and put on correct medication in order to stabilise me.
