What I liked

Degree of expertise, attention, interest and care is very high and reassuring, this includes everyone in the hospital from consultants, nurses, assistants, catering and cleaning staff.

What could be improved

Possibly staff could be reminded about minimising the noise during the night hours, conversations, bin lids and answering telephones as quickly as possible.
