"my workers"

About: Inclusion Wisbech

(as a service user),

My worker is amazing. I have had a high level of support right from the beginning. During relapse, detox and recovery. Mo has always been positive even in moments when I didn't think giving up on alcohol was possible. She has listened patiently and all her advice has been really helpful. Without Mo's support in recovery it would have been hard, she is patient and calm. She has helped me through the different stages of recovery. Always with empathy and understanding and without judgement. I'm so grateful for all her help from organizing my detox, to letters of help to services from housing to GP.

Iris the Inclusion Nurse is also brilliant. She has provided a lot of support to help me with any physical concerns of my alcohol dependency I may have had, and is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, thoroughly monitoring me and my physical health. She has been kind and caring, in her approach and kept my GP informed of any changes. I'm so grateful for all they have done and they are both fantastic.

Hi NW

Thank you for taking the time to write such complimentary words about Mo and Iris. The words which you used which really stand out for me include: listened, positive, empathy, kind and caring. These are fantastic words to use to describe our staff and I am immensely proud that these characteristics are coming across.

It sounds like things are going well for you at the moment so I wish you well and I'm sure Mo and Iris will continue to support you!

Thanks

Paul
