What could be improved
The cleanliness needs to be improved, as does regular changing of bed linen.
More attention needs to be paid to the patients requirements and checks of what they have eaten/drunk and medication taken.
Regular toilet breaks need to be more often.
There should be at least 1 member of staff on the ward to look for patients attempting to get out of bed or to attend to toilet needs.
More respect given to patients and not made to feel as though they are an inconvenience.
