"shattered heel"

an amazing experience from the staff on reception to the nurses doctors and consultants in A&E after 5 xrays 2number ct scans I was taken to ward 17. all the staff I had dealings with where so kind and helpful also throughout the night nothing was to much trouble. I was in considerable pain and the surgeon and their team where fantastic,finally I wish to thank the cleaners and voluteers who all showed such kindness and consideration. I cant thank everybody anothe at the alex for the care kindness and treatment I received. best wishes Michael Hopcroft june 2017
