I was transfered to St. Richards hospital from
Portsmouth's. 'Queen Alexandra hospital' where I was treated for cancer. I was led to understand that I was going to a recuperation ward in St. Richards. This turned out to be the Petworth Ward. As you already know I walked out after a few days, I still find it hard to believe that a ward, in this day and age, apart from a few nurses and the Physiotherapy dept, were not at all helpful. I want bother you with the details,you probably know some already.
In view of what happened I think that Portsmouth could have sent me straight home, as I felt, at that stage, I could cope and I would have been a lot better for it.
