I was in for day surgery.

We were all kept well-informed about what was going to happen at evey stage - including how long the waiting times were panning out!

Special praise for 2 student nurses who were my main carers in pre-op and on ward F11. They were professional and respectful but not at the expense of being caring. Pateint comfort and well-being seemed to be driving the ward - not merely medical routines and schedules.
