Last boxing day i was in a car crash, which was quite serious. when arriving at the hospital i was in a lot of pain my face/head was double the side and just covered in blood, i was in a lot of pain. and they wouldn't give me anything for the pain, after about an hour of crying in pain and wanting some painkillers i finally got put on a paracetmol drip, the nurse was rude towards me and my mum ended up having a quiet word with the nurse to explain that i was scared and in alot of pain, & then the nurse began to be more polite. I think its bad how they were reacting towards me, when i was only 17 at the time and was in a lot of shock from being chucked thrown around in a back of a van at about 60mph, down a 10ft ditch... very sympathetic milton keynes nurses.

What could be improved

Manners might help, and some consideration that people might actually be in pain!

yes... about a year before that i was in hospital and they left me on a bed in the corridor for about 3hours before moved to a room and then the nurse came round to take my blood and literally launched the needle in my arm, and was left with a bruise taking up my whole top of my arm! So Milton Keynes Hospital need to sort it out.
