"Poor communication from admin team"

About: University Hospital Lewisham / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

The care received from doctors and ward staff was great. Pity same can't be said for the admin team. Messages left not returned, promises of call backs from doctors not fulfilled, letters supposedly sent never received. Resorted to contacting PALS in order to get a blood test result/medication information.
