What could be improved

I feel very let down by the midwife team at stepping hill, they have been less than supportive and this in turn has ruined my pregnancy experience. I have rang on a few occassions with concerns and been met with an attitude which made me feel i was inconveniencing the midwifes and wasting their time. I have received substandard care simply because i have chosen to have my baby out of area, i have had to fight to get on antenatal classes been left without a physio therapist in pain. All because i have had my baby out of area and no one wants to assume responsibility for my care. I can only hope my care during labour is of a higher standard as i feel it is too late to change my antenatal care now, but something i wish i had done earlier.
