About: Northwick Park Hospital

What could be improved

I have disabled son. He is 7. Two days before he had an operation in hospital. I came to Northwick Park Hospital because i suspected infection. I was i was waiting 3 hours and there was other persons coming after me and served first. I was the last one in waiting area and doctor went for a brake. After half an hour came back and asked new patient. I asked about my son and was informed that we are next. My son was so weak, that he slept on his wheelchair. When doctor finished he asked next patient and it wasn't my son. Again i was informed, that we are next. I spent 4 hours waiting for a doctor and I left the hospital with out being served. My son was to weak to wait another 2 hours. I can't find the words to say how I feel and what I think about this.
