What I liked

some of the food,about 2 of the nurses,when my family visited so they could help me,and the day i came home.

What could be improved

patient care by better staff,food,longer visiting hours,tea and coffee,cleanliness,tv channels,no noise through the night from builders and the night staff within the hospital.patients being told what was happening to them and not being kept in the dark.better parking,internet facilitys

the staff on my ward treat people horrible and im still having nightmares about being there,i am so depressed and cant believe a hospital would treat poorley people like they treat me.its made me sick to the stomach,since ive come home i think about some of the incidents and just to name a few,a doctor tried to get a canular in my arm and ive got deep veins he kept missin my vein and kept tryin he had 8 attemps and failed,my arms were black and blue he did this within 15 minutes image the pain i was suffering i told him to stop but he carried on,surely that was illegal but i was too sick to do anything about it,i came on my period after coming back from surgery,i couldnt walk on my own,i asked for a pad,the nurse got me one,she put it on my bed and left me on my own,i had to wait for my sister to come and help me,i had blood all over and my sister cleaned it,whos job was it?certainly not my sisters!
