(as a friend),

I came to the Children's Emergency Department with a friend whose son was suffering a severe nut allergy. The care from the team was excellent. They saw him very quickly and immediately began monitoring and treating him. All the staff were so kind, informative, reassuring and caring towards him and his mum. Could not have asked for more.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your great feedback, especially from what sounds like a scary time for you all. All staff at Croydon Health Services have the opportunity to read your comments but I shall personally make sure your kind words are passed to the Children's Emergency Department team; it will mean a lot to them
