What I liked

We have had two outpatient visits to Mount Gould Local Care Centre so far. We were seen almost immediately and were very impressed with the consultant and outpatient staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the unit is very bright, spacious and very clean, Also, there is a welcoming coffee shop for outpatients/visitors. We cannot praise it highly enough.

What could be improved

It would be good to have patient feedback forms on site for immediate use.

Anything else?

The NHS Choices website for Mount Gould states there is no parking on site but we were informed that there is dedicated parking for patients attending outpatient appointments.
