What I liked

I took my son to the orthotics department at the QMC in Nottingham last week and was so impressed with the care we received. The lady who saw my 8 year old son spoke directly to him and was able to put him at ease immediately . She gave both of us lots of very useful information and advice and we left feeling like we had seen someone who really knew their field inside out. All in all a very positive experience!
