What I liked

Although this comment system requires one to specify a date, this has been our local hospital for over a decade. We have had two babies delivered, had fractures repaired, chest infections sorted and a DIY accident dealt with. On each occasion, it was apparant that this is a hospital that is well managed and staffed by people who really do care. The level of professionalism was exceptional - we felt looked after on each visit. And it;s not just the clinical staff - one of the kindest people we spoke to was one of the people doing the patient transport. Thank you

What could be improved

Some of our fellow A&E patients recognising that 50 units of alcohol in one go does not an evening make....

Anything else?

The restaurant upstairs sells coffee just as good as, and half the price of, the Costa downstairs.
