About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

What I liked

In December 2009 I was diagnosed with uterine cancer and in June 2010 completed a course of post-operative chemotherapy. I had been told about medication that could counteract the unpleasant side-effects of chemotherapy, and as the Homeopathic Hospital was the only place where it could be obtained within the NHS I asked for a referral to a doctor at the Complementary Cancer Clinic. The doctor strongly advised me to use the medication together with conventional chemotherapy treatment, which I had been reluctant to go ahead with because of other health problems. My reaction to the chemotherapy was extremely good, and I put this down to the medication I received. I cannot thank the doctor enough for her good advice, her kindness and support.

What could be improved

Nothing. My experience of care at the Homeopathic Hospital has always been very good in every respect.

Anything else?

This excellent hospital is a valuable part of the NHS and should remain open to help people who cannot afford similar treatment privately.
