Went to appointment today. All communications were with my appointment letter. Great instructions and directions on how to get to the correct place. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Managed to see me early as an appointment was free. Quickly explained everything that was going to happen assisted throughout and then explained follow up process. Pleasantly surprised. Thank you to the team
