What I liked

My partner came into A&E Thurs am. Staff were brilliant both there & on the ward, & also thanks to surgeon / surgical / theatre staff for helping him in his op. Re visiting: Far better idea to limit visiting, most patients are ill so don't want people wandering in and out all the time. An excellent idea (altho obviously there are exceptions which staff would know anyway).

Lovely staff. Very impressed.

What could be improved

Suggestion: put large red notices across all ward doors: 'Entry Prohibited Unless You Have Used Handwash.' I sat outside yesterday and watched 90% of the visitors walk in without using the handwash. Reset screen name to anonymous as they talk about their partners treatment.

Anything else?

The staff make the hospital what it is.
