I would personally like to thank the doctor in Fairfield A & E. What an amazing doctor they are. I was in a & e yesterday with chest pains and I was astounded by their bedside manner ! The doctor was professional yet friendly with a personal touch. The doctor listened intently and the doctor explained everything to me. The doctor treated me like a person and not just another patient. Although the doctor is a consultant they did everything even taking my blood. The doctor was gentle and kind and spoke to me not at me. The doctor used my name and could not have done more to make me feel at ease. An outstanding Doctor.
