"Is this a waste of time?"

7 month wait list to see ENT then I see a junior in replace of the consultant after an awful hearing test experience. 3 months later finally get an MRI. MRI results are back but only because I chased them up. Still waiting for a follow up appointment which I was promised over a month ago. It has now been over 12 months since my intial referral and no one is takifn me seriously. I am also pregnant making this even more of an urgent matter. I have so much to complain about but it doesn't all fit here. The NHS processes and service is appalling.
