"kendray stroke rehab unit."

My mother was admitted in July 2016 after a severe stroke at the age of 57. Kendray is rated excellent rehab centre, all I can say I would hate to see the worst as I would not rate kendray at all !. 11 weeks she was in and it was disgraceful how staff treated family and patient's. staff nurse very rude and unprofessional. only a handful of staff I would say were very helpful and happy to help if any worries about family member. my mother has made so much progress when she came home and got private rehab she went in kendray bed bond now she is progressing fantastic.

We noticed your post and thought you may be interested to hear about the work of the Stroke Association and how we may be able to support you and your mother. We are the leading charity in the UK changing the world for people affected by stroke.

We were sorry to hear of your mother's stroke and that you feel that not all of the staff offered good care. It sounds as though the hospital is willing to look into your concerns if you wanted to take this matter up with them.

It was positive to read that mother made so much progress when she went home and that she is now progressing so well.
